Question : I heard about a disaster on the news. Now I want to help. How can I?
Answer : The best way to help disaster victims is through a financial donation to the American Red Cross. A financial contribution allows disaster victims to quickly obtain basic necessities for themselves and their families, while stimulating the disaster-affected local economy.

Question : Are my donations tax deductable?
Answer : Contributions to the American Red Cross, a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, are deductible for computing income and estate taxes.

Question : I would like to help out. Do you need any volunteers?
Answer : Our vital work is made possible by people like you, who learn how good it can feel to lend a helping hand. Red Cross "everyday heroes" come from all walks of life. They're all ages. Everyone has something special to offer . . .
