Standard First Aid
This course is to help participants make appropriate decisions for first aid care. Participants will learn first aid skills for treating a variety of injuries such as burns, wounds, head, neck and back injuries, heat and cold related emergencies. Participants also learn to manage sudden illnesses such as stroke, seizures, bites and poisoning.

Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED
This course helps participants identify and eliminate potentially hazardous conditions in their environment, recognize emergencies and make appropriate decisions for emergency care. Partcipants will learn how to use and AED (automated external defibrillator).

CPR for the Professional Rescuer
Professional Rescuers work as nurses, EMTs, fire fighters, first responders, athletic trainers, physicians, healthcare professionals and numerous other occupations. Despite the wide range of occupations, professional rescuers share a unique responsibility; the responsibility to save lives. The skills learned in this course include adult, child and infant rescue breathing, conscious and unconscious choking, CPR, two rescurer CPR and adult and child AED.

Babysitting
The babysitting course is for individuals ages 11-15. The purpose of this course is to provide individuals with the necessary skills to provide safe and responsible care for children. This training will help participants develop leadership skills, professionalism, basic care giving skills, safety and first aid.

Pet First Aid
We've all faced emergencies before, but are you prepared for an emergency in which the life of you dog or cat may be at stake? Pet First Aid is an indispensible reference that explains how you can administer immediate help.

Price: $45/child
First day everyone comes at 9am for testing and then time slots will be assigned after testing.

Night Lessons
Price: $35/child
Class will be held Monday through Thursday with Friday as the rain date.

Instructor Classes

Payment is expected at time of registration to confirm enrollment. If you need to transfer or cancel a class, please notify the office at least 3 full days in advance so we may fill your space. In the event the class is cancelled by the ARC, registrants will have the choice to reschedule or receive a refund. In case of an emergency, refunds will be issued minus a $10 processing fee. No other exceptions after payment is made.
