
When a fire, flood, or any other disaster hits, the Red Cross is right there to give a helping hand. The chapter refers and networks with other agencies to insure that the needs of all those individuals effected are met.

Disaster Trainings With Descriptions
- All trainings will be held at Chapter Headquarters unless otherwise stated.
- Disaster courses are FREE, but you must call chapter headquarters and pre-register to attend.
- Any healthy individual aged 18 or older or a Junior Red Cross member may participate in the training.
- When training is completed, participants 18 and older have the opportunity to join DSHR, the Red Cross Disaster Human Resource System that provides volunteers for national disasters.
